Learn with other people

Working with people who think, speak and live differently from you is a real skill. Every post is translated into the reader's language, with the original one tap away, so a team does not need a shared language. An AI counselor joins in when asked, about every fifth post, or to start an empty room.

Study groups

Open your course's room, say which lesson you are on, and use the weekly check-in prompts: what you finished, what is muddy, your goal for next week. Open a breakout room for a smaller group. For general accountability use Study hall.

Project teams

  1. Pitch a small project in the Project lab: who it is for and what will exist at the end.
  2. Find 3 to 5 teammates, ideally from different countries and languages (four to six in total is a good size).
  3. Open a breakout room for the team and post a weekly milestone. Ask the AI counselor to summarize progress or suggest next steps.
  4. Track your own milestones on the Founders track.

We do not measure teamwork with AI yet, and team size is a suggestion, not a rule.

Safety

  • Rooms are for adults 18 and over. There are no private messages. Under-18 learners can use the courses, professors and Core, but not the open rooms.
  • Every post goes through a word and link filter and an AI check for spam, harassment, explicit content and personal data. If the AI check is down, only the filter runs, and you can still report or block any post. Read the community rules.
  • No fake users or fake posts. The prompts shown in rooms are suggestions, marked as such.
