What improved
This school is built to get better over time. The site counts, anonymously, which lessons learners open, which quiz questions they miss and what they ask the professors. Each night an AI review reads those counts. When enough answers show that one of the AI-skills lessons is confusing, it can revise that one lesson (at most one a night). For course lessons it only writes a proposal that a person decides on. A change goes live only after automated checks pass: the code compiles, the tests pass, the site builds, and AI-run design and truthfulness reviews pass. Most nights nothing changes, because traffic is still small. We do not run A/B tests; there is too little traffic to measure them. Here is the log.

AI professors now hold office hours at any hour
Learners get stuck outside class hours. Each professor teaches by asking a question back, and is labeled as AI.

Core: a short daily session that adapts toward 80 to 85 percent correct
Material that is far too easy or far too hard stops teaching. The quiz level moves up or down with your recent answers, with XP for fun.
