Reply to a booking request
I am a [hairstylist, barber, colorist] in [town or country]. A new client wrote: "[paste message with name removed]". My availability: [days and times]. My services and what they include: [list]. Write a warm, short reply in plain words that answers their question, offers two time options, and asks for the details I need: [e.g. photo of current hair, any allergies]. Do not state prices unless I list them: [prices].
Rebooking reminder
Write a friendly text to a client who had a [service] about [number] weeks ago. Remind them it is about time to rebook, offer to send available times, and keep it under 40 words. No pressure, no emojis, sounds like a real person.
A week of social captions
I do [style of work, for example curls, braids, barbering, blondes]. Write five short captions for photos of my work. Tone: warm and honest. I will tell you what is in each photo: [describe]. Do not claim results like permanent or forever, and do not name products unless I do. Add a simple call to action with [booking link or phone].
Describe my services
Turn this list of my services into clear descriptions for a price menu: [services, time, what is included]. Two sentences each, plain words. Do not add promises about results. Do not add prices unless I list them: [prices]. Add a note that final price depends on hair length and thickness.
Aftercare note
Write a short, friendly aftercare message for a client after [service]. Use only the instructions I give: [your instructions]. Keep it to 5 bullet points, under 100 words. Add a line: if you notice irritation or a reaction, contact me and see a doctor if it is serious.
Quiet week offer
My chair is often empty on [days]. Suggest five ideas for a small, fair offer that does not cheapen my work, such as a model night, a bring-a-friend invite or a trim add-on. For each, explain how to say it in two sentences. I will choose and price it myself.
Consultation questions
List 12 questions a careful stylist might ask a new client in a consultation for [service, such as a big color change]. Include hair history, past reactions, expectations, daily routine and budget. Remind me that I should do patch tests and checks according to the product instructions and my training.
Train a new junior
Turn these salon routines into a one-page guide for a new assistant: [paste routines for greeting, shampoo, sanitation, towels, tidying, phones]. Use steps. Add five situations where they must get a stylist: client discomfort, a spill, an upset client, anything touching skin reaction, a payment issue.
